A key highlight of this year’s program is our featured speaker, Zeke Smith. With more than 20 years of experience across construction, energy, and technology, Zeke is a workforce development leader, culture strategist, and nationally recognized mental health advocate.
Zeke brings a powerful and timely message to the industry: challenging companies to recognize that mental health is not just a personal issue, but a business issue. In an industry where high pressure and demanding environments are the norm, ignoring mental health can lead to increased safety incidents, turnover, and productivity loss.
