We are pleased to announce that Rusty Barnhill, President of Force Corporation, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Construction & Maintenance Education Foundation (CMEF).
Rusty brings decades of leadership and deep industry expertise to CMEF, having dedicated more than 20 years of service on both the CMEF and ABC Greater Houston Boards of Directors. His commitment to workforce development, craft education, and industry collaboration has been instrumental in advancing craft training and addressing the skilled workforce shortage throughout the Houston region.
In addition to his CMEF leadership role, Rusty also served as Chair of the ABC Greater Houston Board in 2024, where he championed the association’s mission to promote free enterprise, workforce education, and industry advocacy. His strategic leadership elevated ABC Greater Houston’s impact and strengthened partnerships across the construction community.
