Roger Williams; Chairman, Texas Victory 2008 served as Texas Secretary of State from 2005-2007. He has also served as the Chair of the Governor's partnership Countil on Economic Development working to bring more eployeers and jobs to Texdas. Williams has assisted the political efforts of Republican candidates from the White House to the county courthouse. He served as Regional Finance Chairman for Governor Bush in 1994 and 1998 before he went on to serve as the North Texas Chairman for the Bush/Cheney 2000 campaign as well as the North Texas Finance Chairman and National Grassroots Fundraising Chairman for Bush/Cheney 2004. Williams was appointed by President Geroge W. Bush in 2001 as the Chairman of the Republican National Finance Committee's Eagles Program. He has also served as State Finance Chair for John Cornyn for U.S. Senate in 2002 and as the National Director of the "Patriots" program for Senator Cornyn.
Phil Hoppman; Chairman, Free Enterprise Alliance has worked in the construction industry since 1981 with Big D Metalworks and other interests. Phil was the Chairman of the ABC of Texas in 1997 and the Chairman of ABC North Texas 1999. He has been as FEW Trustee since 2004 and the Chairman of FEW since March of 2005. He is a graduate of Iowa State University, graduating in 1973 with a BS in Economics and Minor in Business Administration-Marketing. Phil is also a 1975 graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program.
William "Bill" D. Fairchild; Chairman, Associated Builders and Contractors, along with President of R.W. Murray Co., began his term as Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) January 1, 2008. As 2008 Chairman, Fairchild leads ABC's Executive Committee and Board of Directors, guides the Association's national initiatives, and serves as its spokesperson. Fairchild previously served as Revion V Vice-Chairman, representing members and chapters in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. He has been adtive in ABC since 1996. Fairchild has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been at R.W. Murray Co., which specializes in design/build commercial, industrial and retail projects, since 1988.
